Optical Rotatory Dispersion (ORD) Spectroscopy – Training Services provides participants with a detailed understanding of ORD principles, instrumentation, and applications in chemical and pharmaceutical research. The training covers the measurement of optical rotation, analysis of chiral molecules, and interpretation of ORD spectra to determine stereochemistry, enantiomeric purity, and conformational properties. Participants will learn techniques for studying drug molecules, biomolecules, and natural products, with emphasis on structure–activity relationships. Case studies highlight applications in pharmaceuticals, biochemistry, and stereochemical analysis in drug development. By the end of the course, learners will be equipped to apply ORD spectroscopy effectively for accurate molecular and chiral characterization.
