Conference Introduction</h2> <p data-start="281" data-end="695">Welcome to the <strong data-start="296" data-end="383">International Conference on Quantum Computing and Future Technologies (ICQCFT 2026)</strong>, organized by <strong data-start="398" data-end="414">Mastering Up</strong>. This hybrid-mode conference (both in-person and virtual participation) will convene researchers, practitioners, educators, and industry professionals from around the world to share advances, insights, and challenges in quantum computing and its future technological applications.</p> <p data-start="697" data-end="1128">Quantum computing is rapidly emerging as a transformative paradigm—promising to revolutionize cryptography, optimization, material science, simulation, machine learning, sensing, communications, and more. With the global drive to build scalable quantum systems, software frameworks, error-correction schemes, and hybrid classical–quantum integration, now is the time to bring diverse perspectives together and chart a path forward.</p> <p data-start="1130" data-end="1357">ICQCFT 2026 aims to provide a high-impact platform for disseminating cutting-edge research, fostering collaborations across academia and industry, inspiring new ideas, and shaping the roadmap for future quantum-enabled systems.</p> <hr data-start="1359" data-end="1362" /> <h2 data-start="1364" data-end="1391">2.
