The International Hackathon on Clinical Medicine and Healthcare Innovation 2026 unites medical professionals, biomedical engineers, data scientists, and innovators to revolutionize healthcare delivery and clinical practices.

This global online event focuses on developing practical, scalable, and technology-driven healthcare solutions that address diagnostic accuracy, patient safety, telemedicine expansion, and equitable access to healthcare services. The hackathon encourages participants to combine medical insight with digital innovation to build impactful solutions for the next generation of clinical care.

2] Problem Statements / Tracks

Track 1: AI-Driven Clinical Diagnosis

Problem: Misdiagnosis and delayed diagnosis lead to severe health outcomes.
Expected Solution: Design AI or machine learning models to assist doctors in identifying diseases early through imaging, lab data, or electronic health records (EHR).

Track 2: Remote Patient Monitoring & Telehealth

Problem: Limited accessibility to continuous healthcare for remote or elderly patients.
Expected Solution: Build IoT-based wearable or telemedicine platforms that track vital signs, send alerts, and facilitate real-time doctor-patient interactions.

Track 3: Digital Therapeutics and Personalized Care

Problem: Conventional treatment plans often overlook individual variability.
Expected Solution: Create apps or algorithms that tailor therapies using genetic, behavioral, and lifestyle data for patient-specific treatment optimization.

Track 4: Smart Hospital Management Systems

Problem: Hospitals struggle with inefficient patient flow and data management.
Expected Solution: Develop integrated digital hospital management systems using automation and data analytics for resource optimization and patient safety.

Track 5: Biomedical Device Innovation

Problem: There’s a lack of affordable, accurate diagnostic and therapeutic medical devices in developing regions.
Expected Solution: Prototype cost-effective, portable biomedical instruments or diagnostic kits for use in low-resource settings.

Track 6: Mental Health Technology Solutions

Problem: Rising cases of mental health issues lack timely intervention.
Expected Solution: Design digital tools, AI chatbots, or monitoring apps for early detection, counseling, and therapy support for mental health care.

Track 7: Data Privacy and Ethics in Healthcare

Problem: Patient data security and ethical challenges hinder healthcare digitization.

Expected Solution: Any creative, feasible, and scalable healthcare solution addressing a pressing clinical or medical challenge.

• Team Size: 2–4 members

• Open to: Medical students, researchers, developers, engineers, and healthcare professionals worldwide

• Mode: 100% Online

Code of Conduct:

• Submissions must be original and ethically sound.

• Teams must respect intellectual property rights and data privacy.

• Collaboration and professionalism are mandatory.

• Any form of plagiarism will lead to immediate disqualification.
