Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate AI and Machine Learning Tools Instructor [Level 1] to create engaging video lectures for learners interested in AI/ML concepts and tools. This role requires a 2-hour daily commitment for content creation. The lectures will be hosted on YouTube, and the instructor will earn revenue based on the course’s performance over the first year. Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver AI and Machine Learning Tools video lectures that introduce beginners to key concepts, algorithms, and tools used in AI/ML.
• Focus on practical applications of tools such as TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Keras, PyTorch, and other AI/ML libraries.
• Cover key topics such as data preprocessing, supervised/unsupervised learning, model evaluation, feature engineering, and deployment.
• Create engaging, easy-to-follow tutorials and real-world case studies to enhance learners’ understanding and application of AI/ML tools.
• Dedicate 2 hours per day to recording and editing video lectures, ensuring high-quality production.
• Work closely with the Mastering Up team to ensure content is engaging, accessible, and aligned with learning objectives.
• Provide supplementary materials such as quizzes, coding exercises, and assignments to reinforce learning.
• Update course content regularly to reflect the latest trends, advancements, and best practices in AI/ML.

Required Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of AI/ML tools and libraries such as TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Keras, or PyTorch.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Practical experience applying AI/ML tools in real-world projects or research.
• Ability to teach beginner-level AI/ML concepts in an engaging and clear manner.
• Experience creating educational content or tutorials (preferably video-based).
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data preprocessing, and model evaluation techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Previous teaching experience, particularly in an online environment or video-based format.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI/ML tools and platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or active participation in AI/ML communities.
• Experience with advanced machine learning techniques (e.g., deep learning, reinforcement learning).

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation Structure: This is a revenue-sharing position. The instructor will receive a one-time payment based on the revenue generated by the course over the first year after its publication on YouTube.
