1D and 2D Potential Well Simulations – Training Services provides practical training on modeling quantum particles confined within one-dimensional and two-dimensional potential wells. The course covers the theoretical background of infinite and finite wells, energy quantization, eigenstates, and probability distributions of particles. Participants will learn to implement numerical solvers to compute eigenvalues and eigenfunctions, and visualize wave functions under different boundary conditions. Real-world applications such as quantum dots, semiconductor nanostructures, and confinement effects in nanomaterials are highlighted.
