Absorption and Emission Spectroscopy – Training Services provides participants with a solid foundation in the principles and applications of light–matter interactions. The training covers the mechanisms of molecular absorption and emission, instrumentation design, and spectral interpretation. Learners will explore key techniques such as UV-Vis absorption, fluorescence, and phosphorescence, with applications in chemical analysis, biological studies, and material characterization. Emphasis is placed on quantitative analysis, sensitivity, and spectral resolution, along with calibration and validation practices. By the end of the course, participants will be able to apply absorption and emission spectroscopy for both qualitative and quantitative investigations across scientific and industrial fields.
