Circular Dichroism (CD) Spectroscopy – Training Services provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of CD spectroscopy principles, instrumentation, and applications in chemical and pharmaceutical research. The training covers the interaction of circularly polarized light with chiral molecules, spectral acquisition, and data interpretation for analyzing secondary and tertiary structures of proteins, nucleic acids, and other biomolecules. Participants will learn techniques for studying protein folding, conformational changes, and ligand–macromolecule interactions. Case studies highlight applications in drug development, biopharmaceutical analysis, and structural biology. By the end of the course, learners will be proficient in applying CD spectroscopy for accurate molecular characterization and advanced analytical studies.
