Lipid Chemistry – Training Services provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of the structure, properties, and biological significance of lipids. The training covers fatty acids, triglycerides, phospholipids, sterols, and lipid metabolism, along with techniques for extraction, purification, and analysis. Participants will explore the role of lipids in cellular membranes, energy storage, signaling, and pharmaceutical applications. Emphasis is placed on analytical methods such as chromatography and mass spectrometry for lipid profiling, as well as the study of lipid oxidation and stability.
