Membrane Distillation and Thermal Processes – Training Services focuses on the principles and applications of thermally-driven membrane separation techniques used for water purification and industrial processes. The training covers different membrane distillation configurations (DCMD, AGMD, VMD, SGMD), operational parameters, and the role of temperature gradients in driving separation. Participants will explore module design, membrane materials, energy efficiency, integration with renewable heat sources, and scaling mitigation strategies. Case studies in desalination, wastewater treatment, and pharmaceutical concentration are also included.
