Mid-Infrared Lasers and Applications – Training Services provides an in-depth understanding of laser sources operating in the mid-infrared (MIR) spectrum and their diverse applications. The training covers MIR laser generation techniques, such as quantum cascade lasers and optical parametric oscillators, along with beam control and detection methods. Participants will explore applications in spectroscopy, medical diagnostics, environmental monitoring, and defense. Emphasis is placed on molecular fingerprinting, trace gas detection, and material analysis using MIR wavelengths, preparing learners to apply these technologies in both research and industrial domains.
