Polymer Thermal Analysis (DSC, TGA, DMA) – Training Services focuses on the principles, instrumentation, and applications of key thermal analysis techniques used in polymer characterization. The training covers Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) for studying glass transition, melting, and crystallization; Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA) for evaluating thermal stability and decomposition; and Dynamic Mechanical Analysis (DMA) for assessing viscoelastic properties over varying temperatures. Participants will learn sample preparation, method selection, data interpretation, and correlation of results to material performance. Real-world case studies will highlight how these methods support quality control, product development, and failure analysis in polymer industries.
