Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) – Training Services provides detailed insights into high-resolution imaging and structural analysis at the atomic and nanoscale. The training covers the working principles of TEM, electron–matter interactions, image formation, and diffraction techniques. Participants will learn sample preparation methods, instrument operation, and techniques for capturing and analyzing high-quality images. Emphasis is placed on advanced applications such as crystallography, defect analysis, nanoparticle characterization, and biological specimen imaging.
